We are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in recruitment either as a Team Leader or Branch Manager. You will be looking to work in an extremely well established office with a fun and dynamic atmosphere. The branch is rapidly expanding and looking to become a top performer in the company.
Due to extensive performance, our client is looking to expand their team and offer a role that will incorporate leading the existing team ranging from 8 months to 8 years experience with an immediate start.
You will be responsible for leading the team, developing and upselling on existing business. The branch is very profitable and boasts large contracts as well as fantastic client relationships. This role will offer extensive training and support from regional management.
The culture of the team is very dynamic and fun loving but also focused on results. They would welcome a leader that will bring with them sales experience, competitiveness, commercial awareness and the desire to be successful.
